This website is operated by Virelx, a trading name of ZaidTech LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Virelx and ZaidTech LLC.
Virelx operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with an online shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services or purchase products from us. By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

Virelx sells travel bags, convertible garment bags, rolling travel bags, and related travel accessories.
Our products may include features such as garment-storage sections, shoe compartments, organization pockets, carrying handles, shoulder straps, wheels, and telescopic handles. Features, materials, measurements, colors, included accessories, and availability vary by product and are described on the applicable product page.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, specifications, and measurements accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches.
Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review all product measurements and specifications before ordering.
Airline baggage rules vary by airline, route, aircraft, fare type, and destination. Unless expressly stated in writing on the product page, we do not guarantee that a product will be accepted as a carry-on or personal item by every airline. Customers are responsible for checking the current requirements of their airline before travel.
Products should not be overloaded or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Damage caused by misuse, excessive loading, sharp objects, accidents, airline or carrier handling, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, specifications, colors, availability, and included accessories, or to discontinue a product, at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless required to correct an error or comply with law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we send an order confirmation or fulfillment confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, unusually large quantities, resale activity, or shipping restrictions.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation or address-change requests, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PROMOTIONS, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping fees, or other charges.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by their country or local authorities, unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are included.
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum order values, or usage limits. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the payment provider may charge the total amount shown at checkout.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, shipping methods, processing times, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and then contact us promptly at zaidsafwat127@gmail.com. We will review the matter and provide reasonable assistance, but the outcome may depend on the carrier’s investigation and applicable law.
Risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund Policy.
You must inspect your order after delivery and contact us within the period stated in the Refund Policy if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.
Products returned without authorization, outside the applicable return period, or in a condition that does not meet the Refund Policy may be refused where permitted by law.
Any legal rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the User Content and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Any material incentive or compensation connected with a review must be clearly disclosed.
We may moderate or remove User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not obligated to publish or respond to User Content.

The Services and their contents—including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, page designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to Virelx and ZaidTech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from the Services or their content.
“Virelx,” our logos, slogans, and product names are trademarks or brand assets of Virelx, ZaidTech LLC, or their licensors. Shopify’s names, logos, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its affiliates.
SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, payment services, applications, social-media features, or other services operated by third parties.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or performance, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Your use of third-party tools or services is at your own discretion and risk.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Virelx is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and ZaidTech LLC, operating under the trading name Virelx, and not between you and Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, or disputes relating to purchases from Virelx, except to the extent required by applicable law.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, personal information may also be processed by Shopify and by service providers acting on our behalf. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, disclosures, retention, cookies, international transfers, and your privacy rights.

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except for any express warranties stated in writing by Virelx or ZaidTech LLC.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virelx, ZaidTech LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Services or products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, personal injury or death caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virelx, ZaidTech LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
