Any rerouting, redelivery, or address-correction fees charged by the carrier may be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. LOST PACKAGES

  • Photographs of the outer packaging.

  • Photographs or videos of the damaged travel bag.

Do not discard the shipping box, packaging, product, or shipping label until we have reviewed the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement product.

  • A replacement component.

  • A partial refund.

  1. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is missing an item, accessory, strap, shoe pouch, wheel component, or another included part, contact us promptly.

If you receive the wrong travel bag, color, model, or product, please do not use it.

  1. AIRLINE AND TRAVEL DAMAGE

Once a travel bag has been used during a trip or checked with an airline, damage caused by:

  • Airlines.

  • Airport baggage handlers.

  • Bus operators.

  • Train operators.

  • Cruise operators.

  • Taxi services.

  • Other transportation companies.

is generally considered third-party transportation damage and not shipping damage from Virelx.

Customers should inspect their travel bag immediately after collecting it from a carrier and file a damage report directly with the airline or transportation provider within the required timeframe.

Virelx may provide reasonable documentation where available, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for damage caused by third-party transportation providers.

  1. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders may be returned to the sender because of:

  • Refused delivery.

  • Incorrect address.

  • Incomplete address.

  • Failure to collect the package.

  • Unpaid customs fees.

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • Carrier access restrictions.

If an order is returned for one of these reasons, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges.

  • Return-to-sender charges.

  • Customs fees.

  • Redelivery fees.

  • Other carrier charges.
