REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the travel bag must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Be unused and unworn.

Be free from stains, odors, scratches, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Include all original accessories, straps, shoe pouches, wheels, handles, tags, manuals, and other included components.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Travel bags that have been used during a trip, checked with an airline, overloaded, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Clear photographs or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts.
Do not send a product back before receiving return authorization from us.
If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions explaining how and where to send the package.
The return location may differ from our registered business address. Products sent to our business address or any other location without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns caused by a change of mind, ordering the wrong color, deciding the product is no longer wanted, or another reason unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or incomplete.
If we confirm that the product was defective, damaged before delivery, incorrect, or missing essential parts, Virelx will provide return instructions and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer another appropriate resolution.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all authorized returns. Virelx and ZaidTech LLC are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an unauthorized address.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide clear photographs or videos of:

The shipping package.

The shipping label.

The entire product.

The damaged or defective area.

All accessories received.
Do not discard the packaging, shipping label, or damaged product until we have completed our review.
After evaluating the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement component, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Damage caused after delivery by misuse, overloading, sharp objects, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, airline handling, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
AIRLINE AND TRAVEL DAMAGE
Damage caused by an airline, airport baggage handler, transportation company, or another third-party carrier after the product has been used for travel is generally not considered a delivery defect.
Customers should inspect their luggage immediately after collecting it from an airline or transportation provider and submit any damage claim directly to that carrier within the carrier’s required timeframe.
We may provide reasonable documentation or assistance when available, but we cannot guarantee compensation for damage caused by an airline or third-party transportation provider.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:

Travel bags that have been used on a trip or checked with an airline.

Products showing stains, odors, scratches, wear, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Products damaged through misuse, overloading, accidents, sharp objects, or improper care.

Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, or included components.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards.
-
Final-sale or clearance products that were clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.

Products returned without prior authorization.

Products requested for return more than 30 days after delivery, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Regularly discounted products are eligible for return unless they were clearly identified as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different product or color is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
Replacement products remain subject to availability.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact us as soon as possible at zaidsafwat127@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order or change its delivery address.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or address changes after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process described in this policy.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue attributable to the customer, any original shipping charges and return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If an order is shipped to a country within the European Union and applicable consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union or national law.
REFUND INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the authorized return.
We will then inform you whether the refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined.
A refund may be reduced or denied where permitted by law if the returned product:

Is damaged after delivery.

Is missing accessories, components, tags, or packaging.

Differs materially from the condition in which it was delivered.

Was returned contrary to this policy.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and other non-product charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our confirmed error.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing legitimate concerns and attempting to resolve them fairly.
Submitting a fraudulent or misleading chargeback may result in the order information and supporting evidence being provided to the payment processor, financial institution, or relevant authorities.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
